The Petrol Tank Company Ltd was formed in 2008 to build on the success of petrol tank sales to the leisure sector, pioneered by Ideals UK in 2006.

In 2006 the 975 above ground petrol storage tank designed to store and receive tanker delivered petrol was launched. This was enthusiastically received by Schools, Marinas, Outdoor Pursuits Centres, Local Authorities, Golf Clubs and Farms which had long been looking for a safe and convenient way of storing petrol for on-site vehicles and machinery. Since that time Petrol distribution has evolved and so have the Petrol Tank Company. Our tanks have gone through several face lifts that have improved in usage and safety features with each new iteration.
Our catalogue of tanks expanded in 2007 and continued to grow into what it is today with various sized and combinations available. We also now have a maintenance and installation division to make us a single stop solution for our customers fuel storage and dispensing requirements.
All our tanks are designed and manufactured in the UK and conform to all EU & UK petroleum storage requirements.
Our service team covers the whole of the United Kingdom with some customers a far afield as Mount Everest and we pride ourselves on our timely response to issues when a customer is not able to access there fuel.
